Some say he is a re-incarnation of the dark
wizard Lord Voldemort, others claim that he's
the Devil himself. No one is too sure where he
came from now. What appeared to be a good
man with good intentions, turned out to be
quite the opposite. He came right when the
world felt unbearable; war had broken out
between the non-magic folks and those of
enchanted blood, and it felt endless. Just over
four years it had been going on, they were
tired, they were without hope, and he came
into their lives claiming he could fix this. His
gracious words and powerful image was
enough to persuade them all. So in theyear 2055,
Basileus R. Trumvel was elected Britain's new
Minister of Magic. That was the same year the
Blackguard came into light.
It's 2067, and since Trumvel's placement into
power, the people are increasingly restless,
anxious, regretful, afraid.
