Tellius has entered a golden age of peace. The continent hasn't seen war for a few decades, now, and everyone is feeling a weight being lifted off of their shoulders. But while violence isn't an issue, there is still the problem of equality between the races. For as long as anyone could remember, many beorc have feared the laguz and looked down on them in disdain. Proud as they are, the laguz have returned these feelings without hesitation. While a few nations are trying to lead the continent into a new era of acceptance, others are intent on dragging it behind. The only thing that is certain is that, if things stew for too long, something will have to bubble over.

Fields of Gold is a medieval fantasy roleplay incorporating the use of anime and manga playbys. The world it is based in is the same world from the games Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance and Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn; though no prior knowledge of these games is necessary to join, as no canon events have taken place.
