Welcome to Ridgeway Apartments. We've got a pretty nice place here, or well, for the most
part. The upper floors are nice enough, but the lower ones... Well, if you don't mind the
partying college students and younger people who're just starting out, and the occasional
junkie, they're alright too. We pretty much let anyone move in, if you sign the contract and pay
your rent. We might, occasionally, allow someone under eighteen to move in, but, we won't,
of course, know that they're under eighteen. This place is pretty close to the college, so
we've got a lot of UNC students living here. The building is in pretty good shape, six floors,
well light parking garage, fairly cheap rent. The only weird thing is that there seems to be a lot
of drama between some of the residents. Not sure what it's all about, but I'm sure my
daughter could tell you. She's pretty involved with the gossip around here. Of, by the way, I'm
Jack Hamilton. I'm the landlord. Any problems, come talk to me. Or maybe my daughter,
Carson, if it's a people issue. I'm really not so great with those. I just collect the rent. Hope you
decide to move in with us.
